David Steyh lives in the Puget Sound North West area of this marvelous world.; with his lovely wife, Suzann. We have one son - who is estranged from us; because I was not a good father. I made many terrible mistakes; and I now live with the consequences of those actions, and my words. We currently plan to be missionaries in Africa in the near future (as God wills.)

My lovely wife is extremely intelligent, and has an absolutely amazing sense of humor. I am socially awkward; and am amazed that God saw fit to truly Bless me with this wonderful woman.

I have no four year advanced degree in any subject. Mostly uneducated (by US standards.) I have earned a 2 year Aeronautical Technology degree; I do possess an FAA Airframe & Powerplant License; and I did graduate from a 2 year Bible College (Abbott Loop Bible College - located in Anchorage Alaska) in 1980 . That was not a State approved school; and it did not award degrees. I did not study as much as I needed; deplored some subjects - and did not receive the best of grades . . .

I graduated from Chief Sealth High School in 1973; and have a strong electronics background. Worked at a lot of various ‘odd’ jobs and for various companies. I and my lovely wife - now endeavor to HEAR the Holy Spirit. HE is truly able to speak to ANYONE who will give Him their ear - and learn to Listen! I have been reading REVELATION since early 2004; and in 2005 - started listening to it on CD (as well as still reading it). God’s desire is for you to READ Revelation, and to learn to HEAR what God is saying . . . God asks us to freely give; since He freely gives to us! Consequently, since God has given me understanding of Revelation; and many people are confused by it - I find that God is asking me to write this commentary.

Jesus Christ is my savior, and the only reason why I am written in the Lamb’s book of Life! I am definitely a sinner - who has unfortunately - engaged in numerous sins; any ONE of which - condemns me to Hell. This work has been, and is - a labor of love dedicated to Jesus, His Body (the Church); and to His Bride. God’s desire to write this commentary was put on my heart for quite some time; born out of (I believe) the frustration which God feels towards us numerous believers who refuse to just read, and learn to listen to our blessed teacher - the Holy Spirit.

I started writing this ‘commentary’ on the book of Revelation on 7/12/09. It is now 7/3/11; and I am still working on putting various aspects of this marvelous prophecy onto paper. In this commentary - I am currently working on Chapter 17.

Even as I have been writing over these 2 years - God has been continuing to give further instruction and insights into the prophecy which constitutes Revelation. A tremendous foundation has been laid; and I hope that soon it will be finished. Although, as time goes on; I have added more details into various subjects which Revelation discusses. This is because God is constantly speaking to me - and at rare times - I actually listen. When I do listen - He gives more insight . . .

It is strongly encouraged that you First read the Preface; and after that - please read what is written chapter by chapter. In order - 1 first; 2 next; 3, 4 etc.

[Beginning with Chapter 2 - all sections can be searched for by using the following phrase term: (Chapter 2) complete with the ( ) brackets and appropriate chapter number. Chapter 1 starts after the phrase: [end of preface] It would truly be better not to ‘jump’ but I know people are going to do what they want to do . . . ]

If you wish to just jump in & skip to a favorite chapter to see what I have to say - I of course cannot stop you from doing that . . . I can only promise that if you do so - you will probably declare me to be a “Crazy” and a “Nut job!” God’s take on this marvelous prophecy is unique. He wrote it; and He knows what and how He wanted to state what is to come . . . Understanding of this marvelous prophecy does not come from studying Hebrew or Greek. It comes only from learning to HEAR what God is saying in regards to this prophecy. Giving Him the TIME to speak. After reading through this commentary - starting with the preface and moving onwards - you will eventually have a hunger and desire to do what I have done - READ, and develop your ear to HEAR.

If you just jump to a specific chapter - say chapter Seven - you will have no idea of why I say the 144,000 (a symbolic number) constitute the Bride of Christ. Or why I state Rev 16:15 is a Gospel (witnessing) statement; or the fact of Rev 11:15 being THE last trumpet (same trumpet as referenced in 1^st Cor 15:52) or why I declare that the anti-Christ is ruling, and seated on an earthly throne in Chapters Eight & Nine . . . See? Already - you’re thinking I might be crazy . . .

At least you are interested in the prophecy which is Revelation - and what GOD has declared in it! I encourage you to continue to READ Revelation; and I encourage you to read this commentary; and to allow God to help you to understand it. Hopefully, this will allow you to see Revelation in a totally new light; and progression of events.
